3rd time of course is a charm. This time we started with a fruit and cheese board and I had a Sculpin IPA. The board had Manchego, hot colby, goat cheese, grapes, aoples, with dip, crackers, pineapple and oranges. Great cheese board for the money. We split Tuna Tataki and Sliders for the main. The music was out of this world. This guy had a great funk sound, played some of his own music and made other songs his own.

Break Awayz is probably my favorite bar in the Flagler area. If you enjoy craft beer and cornhole, I would definitely recommend this bar to you. The bartenders are always very friendly and attentive. Went here last Thursday for sushi night and was very impressed by the quality of the food and variety of the menu. Will be back.

Amazing food (tuna tataki, caprese kabobs, chicken nachos). Quite the variety of beverages, you could go everyday for several months and not have tried them all! Perfect oceanfront location. I'm excited to spend some gorgeous summer nights hanging here!

Craft beer Mecca...games...and small selection of good non fried food This was tough for me between a 4 and 5. What the fab brother owners are doing here is what gives it the 5 for me. They created a fun, laid back place with games, front porch over looking ocean, and 60 plus craft beers. This place could stand up in Asheville NC with its laid back beer centered atmosphere. The owners are choosy about their beers. Lots of West Coast and Colorado IPAs. A selection of craft ciders, ales, and a few dark beers...black IPA, Porters, Stouts. Only 6 on tap...but very unique stuff you won't find many places. Their selection is what they choose carefully. Also a real effort to get Florida crafts when they can. Had Brew Bus and Cigar City out of Tampa. Most in bottles. As for food. Small select menu. Nothing deep fried. It's good,,, not elite. Had a good lobster ravioli...a bit too much sauce.. The Break away salad was stellar. Truly. Gaspacho was ok. More like a good thin salsa and even came with chips. Flat bread pizza delish but not for kids. Drizzled with balsamic, basil and tomatoes. Great but had my 7 year old picking. Fish dip is GREAT. Last ...they were nice to us and our kid, patrons laid back and cool. Games like corn hole, golf, table soccer (wasn't working well), coin operated darts, and a pool table. Finally...again. I should give it a four on food but this place is what the beach scene in Florida desperately needs. A little beer nerd, craft beer sensibility with laid back hipster flair. When you are sick of fried fish and giant seafood meet markets...come here.

Was recommended this place from a fellow craft beer drinker. He also said the food was great a Asian fusion style menu. We parked in front of a neighboring restaurant Johnny d's which was packed. Walked into break awayz, not to many people here on a Tuesday late afternoon. Made me think we should be down the street at johnny's. We stayed had a beer ordered food. Hooooooooly sh$t. This food was the best we have had all vacation. Tuna was hands down best tuna I have ever had, accompanied by some amazing beer selections, and super friendly service. Family owned place where ur needs come first. I can not recommend this place enough. If you are in the area for within 30 mins of this place come eat and drink good.

Caprese salad had 4 pieces of cheese w tomato for $9.00! Very small. Nachos were small and we were charged double for chicken for whatever reason. And a chicken ceaser $9.00. Small. No entrees and $41.00 later we won't go back!

Awesome beer selection, with a lot of craft brews. Food is very good and pairs well with the beers. Fun atmosphere with a sports bar feel. Golf simulator, darts, pool and tons of other activities plus live music most evenings. Great place to hang out!

Finally a bar in Flager that DOES NOT serve Bud Light!!! Great craft beer selection on tap and in bottles. The food was so so for the price. My chicken nachos were fair with little cubed pieces of chicken. Usually most nachos come with melted cheese on top - these didn't. I'll definitely go back but just for the beer.

Food, atmosphere, beer selection, staff - everything is classy and first-rate. Even the restrooms are cool. I love sitting on the deck and hearing the waves while munching on anything from the gourmet menu. And such variety! You need to check this place out!

Food: is excellent. I've had a few different items here & all were excellent. Most recently I hade the ahi tuna poke bowl I would easily rate it 5 stars as we'll as the spicy grouper bisque. My review is on the food. Atmosphere: I would give a 1. It's boring, plain & leaves a lot to be desired. There are some places that will just wow you with cool decorations and interesting ideas this is definitely not one of those places. Service: Though it would be nice to have some pretty waitresses the guys do a good job making sure your needs are met. Customers: No one type of person comes here. It's not uncommon to hear bad language spoken loudly and to have smoking going on. And you may be surprised at some of the type of smokes you smell outside on the deck. I've seen kids, people dressed down, & people dressed nice (and all different ages). I'm there pretty much for the food if you go there for that reason you will not be disappointed.

So much more than a sports bar! It was such an unexpected surprise to find such fine food, we really expected plain fried bar food, Break Awayz is sooo much more. The prosciutto wrapped mozzarella was so good it could have been a meal. The selection of craft beer was fantastic, will definitely be back!
